In New Delhi, an apartment building collapsed. The collapse killed around 65 people and injured 70. According to building laws, the building was 2 stories higher than allowed and the foundation had been weakened by monsoon rain. The police are looking for the owner of the building who has broken these laws. many people are still missing. A ban has been asked to be put on a brand of drinks called Four Loko, and other similar drinks. Four Loko is a drink with a combination of caffeine and alcohol. An 18 year old girl died after drinking Four Loko, the girl had no other health problems. This event started the ban on Four Loko and other similar drinks. The caffeine hides the drunkenness of the drinker making this much more serious problem.
